What kind of appraisal do I need?
Tony offers three, depending on how much detail you need:
- Desktop appraisal: based on recent sales near you, including sales and data from REMAX Powerhouse’s own records. No visit needed.
- Kerbside appraisal: Tony sees the property from the street and combines that with recent local sales.
- Full on-site appraisal: Tony inspects the property inside and out for the most accurate estimate.

Is the appraisal really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to sell or to list with Tony.
Is an appraisal the same as a valuation?
